As a member of Noah Medical’s Software Test team, you will take ownership in developing test methods, testing software from multiple subsystems, execute test protocols, report test results, write test reports, report and verify defects, and analyze data for the evaluation of the performance of a medical robotics system. In this role, you will collaborate closely with other software test engineers, software engineers, clinical engineers and product designers as you contribute to the overall quality of the software. A Day In The Life of Our Sr. Software Test Engineer
- Lead and execute software verification and validation activities for medical device projects.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for software systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
- Design, implement, and execute test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Identify and document software defects and work closely with the development team to facilitate timely resolution.
- Participate in risk analysis and mitigation activities to ensure the safety and effectiveness of medical device software.
- Stay current with industry trends, standards, and regulatory requirements related to software testing in the medical device domain
- Duration : Approximately 3 months
