Administrative and Front Desk Assistant Summary
This position will be based in the Noble Casing, Inc. facility located in Williston, ND and reports directly to the District Manager. This position will reside in the front desk office location and be expected to answer phone calls and greet people walking in. The position also provides clerical and administrative support and assists in coordinating all aspects of daily operations, including recording and reporting data.
This position requires a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has extreme attention to detail, is self-motivated and works well as a part of our team. The company is comprised of employees who take their jobs very seriously but also like to laugh and have fun. Requirements

- Invoicing
- Creation of Purchase Orders
- Adding service tickets numbers to timekeeping system
- Purchasing office supplies and other items as needed
- Assist Human Resources with onboarding of new employees and possible pre-screening of applicants for operations.
- Answers telephone for Williston office
- Welcomes customers and vendors into the office
- Completes and maintains a variety of reports as directed by the department manager.
- Uses software tools to manage a variety of tasks, such as procurement, time and attendance, and contract labor.
- Assists with the processing of payments and other financial tasks as necessary.
- Assists in the implementation of operational projects as needed.
- Communicates with customers about service issues as needed.
- Communicates with employees about scheduling and work assignments as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and / or Experience
Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to 1-year administrative related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have basic computer skills including all Microsoft Office software and the capability to learn and utilize new software.
Knowledge of the below software systems would be preferred but can be trained.
