Overview
Public adjusters are in the business of advocating for the insured after they have suffered property damage. Working on the behalf of the insured, not the insurance company, we handle their insurance claims to ensure they receive a fair settlement.
As a desk public adjuster, you will prepare insurance claims, present the case to the insurance company, and negotiate better settlement options for the client- all while providing them with excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations of client's claim including obtaining necessary documents and forms from claimants and insurance companies
- Assist internal and external customers with problems or questions regarding claims by phone and written correspondence
- Negotiate/request settlement payments from insurance companies
- Maintain physical/electronic claim files, including capturing claim information in claim management systems, ensuring all documentation and notes are concise and up-to-date
- Confer with and assist in client-related issues as needed to maintain good customer relations and provide clients with status updates for their claims
- Provide the highest levels of service to Noble clients and industry partners
- Identify and positively communicate opportunities to enhance operations and more effectively achieve Noble’s organizational objectives

- The ability to get things done/deliver results to agreed customer standards
- Effective communication skills are essential to work with internal departments, external partners/vendors and clients to ensure the claims management function reaches full potential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email and basic computer skills
- Relishes ongoing, self-initiated learning; assimilates new information quickly; welcomes feedback and applies knowledge to practical use on the job
Qualifications:
- Obtain an All-Lines (06-20) license in the state of Florida within your first week of employment (this licensing requires a state background check). *Licensing is paid by Noble.
- Must be self-disciplined and independent, but also an agreeable team player.
- Have a proven ability to adapt to many changes in a very fast-paced environment.
- Maintain urgency and professionalism to resolve complex client issues or concerns.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $46,800.00 - $160,000.00 per year
