Job Title: Enterprise IT Support Specialist
Location: West Point, VA Onsite
Contract (6 Months)
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex end-user IT issues on PCs, mobile phones, printers, and other IT devices.
- Support installations, moves, adds, changes, and disposal (IMACD) requirements with precision and efficiency.
- Coordinate and plan IMACDs with IT functions and schedule installations, de-installations, and moves to meet customer needs.
- Document and recate processes for IMAC execution and obtain customer approval through effective communication.
- Receive and validate IMACD service requests and communicate with authorized users in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with designated customer personnel and third parties for scheduling and requirements to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct site surveys to determine location(s) and special requirements for IMACD services.
- Confirm equipment, software, and services necessary for IMAC execution to ensure successful outcomes.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians, including third-party vendors, to meet customer expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and strengthen relationships through proactive engagement.
- Cancel network transport services after completing IMACDs as per customer requirements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT support.
- Certification in A Hardware, Microsoft, ITIL, and CCNA to demonstrate expertise.
- Hardware support skills for PCs, tablets, printers, smartphones, and video conference rooms to provide comprehensive support.
- Tools expertise in Windows OS, MS Office, O365, and Mac OS to ensure efficient operations.
- Experience with ticketing systems, including ServiceNow, to streamline support processes.
- Excellent communication and soft skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certification to enhance technical skills.
- ITIL certification to demonstrate process knowledge.
- CCNA certification to showcase networking expertise.
