Job Title : Project Coordinator
Location : Remote (VA)
Job Summary : Manage administrative aspects of client and company projects, track and monitor project progress with regards to deadlines and client needs, assist in scheduling and logistical coordination, and communicate frequently with team members and management.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in coordinating schedules.
Coordinate deadlines on all deliverables.
Assist in monitoring team progress.
Coordinate client support efforts.
Assist in preparing progress and planning documentation when necessary.
Attend all client and staff meetings pertaining to the project.
Coordinate the gathering of content between process owners and instructional designers.
Facilitate meetings and reviews between instructional designers and process owners.
Provide status reports on project progress.
Assist in creating training content when necessary.
Skills / Experience :
Previous project coordination experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Computer knowledge and interest.
Experience in training and instructional design is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Education :
Associate's degree or equivalent experience / education.
