Job Requisition Title: End User Support Specialist II
- This role will support several office buildings within a 1-2 hr radius. Reliable transportation is required. Mileage is reimbursed
Description: Support role of laptops, desktops, rugged laptops, and iPads
o Hardware break\fix and software support, device installation and lifecycle replacement
o Includes both computer equipment in our office as well as the mobile devices & equipment
- Deployment, enrollment, and cellular activation for our mobile devices (iPhones & iPads)
- Device imaging and re-imaging to resolve issues
- Inventory management for the spare equipment
- Provide technical support for training classes that place in the area
- Provide day-after support for any major release\update of some of our key applications.
3 years of professional experience
Must have: IOS, Windows 11, SCCM, Microsoft Intune
Prefers: AirWatch MDM experience
Must have associates degree
Site: Columbia Gas Operations Headquarters and Training Center
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
