Support role of laptops, desktops, rugged laptops, and iPads
Hardware break\fix and software support, device installation and lifecycle replacement
Includes both computer equipment in our office as well as the mobile devices & equipment
Deployment, enrollment, and cellular activation for our mobile devices (iPhones & iPads)
Device imaging and re-imaging to resolve issues
Inventory management for the spare equipment
Provide technical support for training classes that place in the area
Provide day-after support for any major release\update of some of our key applications.
