The Human Resources and Administration Manager plays a pivotal role in our manufacturing facility in the United States. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and administrative operations, ensuring the smooth running of the facility and the well-being of our employees.
Human Resources Responsibilities :
- Execute, revise, and ensure the effective implementation of all company personnel management systems and processes.
- Manage recruitment, hiring, training, performance appraisals, staff allocation, and contract management.
- Build and cultivate a talent pool for the factory based on the company's talent qualification standards.
- Oversee factory attendance management and ensure accurate salary disbursement.
- Manage performance assessments and the application of performance results.
- Maintain the accuracy of OA / SAP system data and timely submission of HR reports.
- Plan and execute the factory's training system.
- Ensure strict adherence to the budget for HR expenses.
- Analyze HR expenses monthly and report in the monthly report.
- Provide on-the-job training, assessment, and evaluation for direct reports, and address any issues or difficulties they encounter. Be responsible for the quality and results of their work.
- Establish and maintain public relations with local labor departments.
- Under the leadership of the headquarters' Production HR Department / Human Resources Center and the factory general manager, deploy and implement HR work in the factory, guide and supervise subordinates, and be responsible for the basic construction and team building of the department.
- Manage the validity of relevant certificates.
