The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist position performs duties that facilitate the management and distribution of information including answering phones and maintaining electronic files. The position greets members, donors, prospective donors, and friends.
The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist must have strong communication skills to perform the duties in an effective manner, from answering the phones to writing emails, to interacting with all employees, the position must be able to relay information clearly and concisely to others.
