Job Duties
- Knowledge of the Colleague Student Information System (SIS), Parchment, National
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
- Knowledge of federal, state, and institutional regulations or policies governing
- Knowledge of FERPA, HB1, and NCAA regulations
- Knowledge of SCHEV and SACS standards
- Work with the Registrar to maintain student records and systems with discretion and
college policies, state, county and federal regulations in all related activities.
- Work closely with university officials, deans, department heads, etc. in a professional
- Oversee the Cross-Registration process including institution agreements, system setup
- Serve as the liaison between the Registrar’s Office and NSU’s Office of Global Learning
upon receipt of a final transcript to the Host institution.
- Serve on any designated committee(s) assigned by the Registrar, AVP of Enrollment
- Serve as Registrar when Registrar is out or otherwise requested
- Complete other duties assigned by Registrar, AVP of Enrollment Management, Provost
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum bachelor’s degree and experience in a university/college setting
Additional Considerations
Advanced Degree a plus
