Duties
- Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about products and troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into the database.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality client services and resolve any issues that arise.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of client information.
Experience
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-3 years experience in a call center or customer service role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications is preferred
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
