Location : Cerritos, CA (On-Site) | Full Time | Pay Range : $25-$27 / HR
We're seeking a customer-focused, technically skilled Service Desk Technician to join our IT team. In this role, you'll provide end-user support, ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees, and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
We are looking for an experienced technician with strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
What You'll Do :
Perform onboarding and offboarding procedures in collaboration with HR to ensure seamless transitions with minimal business disruption.
Provide technical support, resolve service desk tickets promptly, and document resolutions accurately.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users, including PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Maintain and update IT systems, including system upgrades, routine maintenance, and process improvements.
Respond to priority and after-hours support needs, including on-call emergencies.
Build strong, professional relationships with coworkers and vendors while ensuring A customer satisfaction.
What You'll Need :
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience) with 3-5 years in IT support roles.
Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts (e.g., TCP / IP, DNS, VPN).
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to meet KPIs, maintain high customer satisfaction, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Availability for after-hours support and occasional travel.
Relevant certifications (CompTIA A , Network , ITIL) and experience in a multi-location or matrixed organization.
