The Norman Regional Health System is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CV Rad Technologist to join our Cardiovascular program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing equipment, assessing patient conditions, and maintaining a sterile environment in our state-of-the-art facility.
About the Role
This role includes acting as a preceptor for new hires and working closely with cardiologists to ensure excellent patient care. You will also have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare equipment before and during procedures
- Identify and assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide patient care
- Establish and maintain a sterile environment
- Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participate in the orientation of new staff
- Maintain strong professional working relationship with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care
Qualifications
Completed formal program in Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligible and/or current RCIS certification. Previous procedural area experience preferred.
