Job Summary
- Prepare and operate imaging equipment for cardiovascular procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to strict protocols.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Serve as a mentor and preceptor for new staff members.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
Qualifications
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- One year of experience working in a Cath Lab or similar setting preferred.
