Job Summary
This Cardiovascular Imaging Technologist role at Norman Regional Health System involves collaborating with a team of cardiologists to provide exceptional patient care while maintaining a sterile environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
- Assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide patient care.
- Maintain a sterile environment.
- Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
- Utilize downtime efficiently by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing delegated tasks.
Qualifications
A minimum of 24 months of formal education in Radiologic Technology or a military program, with eligibility for the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification.
Previous procedural area experience is preferred.
Salary and Benefits
$27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience.
