Job Summary:
- Prepare and maintain equipment for procedures.
- Assess patient conditions, prepare, position, and provide patient care.
- Establish and maintain a sterile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Equipment Preparation: Ensure all necessary equipment is ready for procedures, following strict guidelines for maintenance and sterilization.
- Patient Care: Assess patient conditions, prepare, position, and provide individualized care during procedures.
- Sterile Environment: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hospital protocols and regulations.
- Professional Practice: Collaborate with physicians and colleagues to ensure effective communication and high-quality patient care.
- Education and Development: Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with the latest medical techniques and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Current certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a cath lab setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
