Norman Regional Health System is a leading healthcare provider in the region, offering a comprehensive range of services to patients. We are currently seeking a skilled Cath Lab CV Technologist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a cath lab environment, with a strong understanding of cardiovascular procedures and patient care. The technologist will be responsible for preparing and managing equipment, collaborating with cardiologists, and participating in the training of new staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and management of equipment before and during procedures
- Patient assessment and preparation for procedures
- Maintenance of a sterile environment
- Participation in the training of new staff
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited radiographic or cardiovascular program
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire
