Responsibilities
- Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
- Identify and assess patient condition. Prepare, position and provide patient care.
- Establish and maintain a sterile environment.
You will also serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in the orientation of new staff and using downtime appropriately by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks by Charge person or manager.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program. You should also have experience working in a Cath Lab, preferably with one year of experience.
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT
- Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS
- Basic Life Support
- Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire
Salary : $28 - $45
