Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Act as a liaison between manufacturing facilities and customers through phone and email communication to ensure smooth equipment procurement. Duties include :
- Generating and reviewing product submittals
- Issuing purchase orders
- Coordinating lead times, shipment dates, and delivery confirmations
- Managing change orders, warranty claims, and project billing
- Performing take-offs from blueprint drawings
- Preparing cost estimates, scope, and quotes
