You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including equipment selection, quoting, tracking orders, and managing the after-sales process for customers. You will also be expected to provide quick, precise responses to customer inquiries, participate in sales meetings and manufacturer training, and actively promote and market our products to generate new business relationships.
As a member of our team, you'll work collaboratively to develop creative solutions to technical problems and ensure on-time delivery of products to our valued customers. A degree in engineering is preferred, and a strong history in the HVAC industry is required.

Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support on HVAC products and systems
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals based on customer requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor activities
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
