Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated IT Help Desk Technician to join our team. This role will be based in Okarche and will cover multiple Nortek Air Solutions locations. The successful candidate will also assist with special projects within iMSP.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Respond to help desk tickets and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Support special projects within IMSP as needed.
- Travel to various Nortek Air Solution locations to provide on-site support.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred:
- Experience with Nortek Air Solution systems and IMSP projects.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or similar.
