Job Summary
Perform specified routine and on demand cleaning in and around hospital departments, patient care units and ancillary areas. Perform minor repairs, moves, transport of soiled equipment and work in compliance with all safety and other regulations while delivering excellent services to assigned units. All Environmental Services Staff and Leadership are expected and required to adhere to all aspects of the organizations values and Service Standards.
Experience
- Proven ability to perform duties and tasks in accordance with established standards.
Education
- The ability to read and write English, and to communicate effectively.
- The ability to use communication devices such as telephones, pagers, etc.
License & Certifications
- CPI training is required for staff assigned to behavioral health units and the emergency department.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions, Ability to perform repetitive duties. Willingness to complete assignments with a high level of quality and consideration of patients, staff and visitors. Ability to received criticism professionally.
Schedule:
- Hours: 3:00pm-11:30pm
- Monday-Friday
- Rotating Holidays, Rotating Weekends
