ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE - Sioux Falls, SD
North American Truck & Trailer, a leading Midwest Kenworth Dealership is looking for a full-time accounting associate in its corporate office in Sioux Falls, SD. This position’s primary responsibilities will fall within accounts payable and accounts receivable. Our company is an exciting and dynamic company. Come join our team!
Specific duties are as follows:
- Obtain accounts payable vendor invoices from the various dealership locations and ensure they are coded accurately and received timely
- Input accounts payable invoices into accounting software and pay the invoice.
- Enter payments received from customers in the accounting software
- Assist credit department with customer collections
- Process customer credit applications
- Other duties as assigned by the Controller
Interested candidates should have good communications skills and teamwork mentality.
Interested candidates must have 2 years of accounting experience with both accounts payable and accounts receivable.
