What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleary Millwork Estimator/Inside Sales position at North Atlantic Corp?
To assist customers in order to obtain profitable sales of windows, doors, moldings, stairs and related products for the Company.
\n- Assist customers with quoting, pricing, writing up, coding and follow up of orders to make sales to new and established customers using order forms, promotional material, takeoffs and price catalogs.
- Act as a liaison for sales and service between customers and the company regarding pricing, quality, scheduling and shipping using effective communication skills.
- Negotiate with customers in order to obtain sales. Process orders for customers using order forms and effective sales techniques that leaves customer with a strong sense of satisfaction.
- Attend seminars and meetings to improve skills in the area of sales, products and the company mission using techniques such as interviewing and role playing effectively.
- Answer and transfer all incoming calls using effective telephone and communication skills.
- Process customer invoices
- Process pick-up/returns for customer credits
- Assist with other functions as assigned using skills acquired to complete the task at hand. I.e. Fax machine
- Daily, time should be spent on any office function that needs completion when time permits.
- Also involved with purchasing, Masonite – specials (displays/catalog).

- High School Diploma or Associates degree or equivalent years of business experience.
- 2-5 years of industry related millwork experience
- Ability to read blue prints, develop estimates, quotes.
- Knowledge of sales margins, mark ups.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to multi task and set priorities.
- Computer knowledge of PC’s, ponderosa software
- Must take and pass post-offer screening and drug test
