Requirements:
- Active RN or LPN license in FL or multistate
- BLS CPR certification via AHA or ARC
- Experience with G-tubes, Trachs, and Vents (preferred)
- At least one year of home health experience (preferred)
Position: Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN) -Nights
Shift: Full-time or part-time, 12-hour shifts
Sat, Sun , Mon, Tue (7pm to 7am)

North Bay Home Health is a home health agency that services the greater Tampa area, specializing in providing continuous care to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, adhering to physician orders and personalized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored nursing interventions to address patients' needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with established protocols and regulatory standards.
- Monitor patients' progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to adjust care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on proper disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques.
License Requirements:
- Current and active FL or Multistate RN/LPN license (Required)
- BLS CPR card (Required) via AHA or ARC
Experience:
- Pediatric experience (Preferred)
- G-tube, Trach, and Vent experience (Nice to have)
- At least one year of home health experience
- Experience with developmentally delayed patients
Pay Rate
· LPN $23-$29/hr. RN $29-$34/hr.
