Responsibilities
- Office Operations
- Manage office supplies, reception duties, and coordinate maintenance needs to ensure efficient office operations.
- Document Control
- Oversee document management, including scanning, filing, tracking deliverables, and managing files.
- Meetings & Events
- Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and light event planning.
- Reporting & Data
- Run, format, and organize reports for various business functions.
- Financial Assistance
- Provide financial support, including money movements and bill payments.

Requirements

- Experience with DocuSign and financial reporting tools is a plus.
