Essential Job Duties
We are seeking an Assistant Carpenter / Architectural Renovation Technician to join our team. This role involves assisting with various carpentry tasks, including drywall installation, ceiling systems, flooring, cabinetwork, and countertop installations. A basic understanding of renovation trades, tools, and safety standards is required, along with general knowledge of other trades. The ideal candidate will work within our trade shops and be an integral part of assisting with maintaining and managing over 2,240 acres within our campus . This role will grow into assisting within multiple facets of our trades. Minimum Experience / Education
High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
Optional Guidelines : Experience in the Trade(s) areas related to the area of assignment may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
