- Processing field samples such as insect collection cards, plant tissue, and images.
- Greenhouse maintenance including water, repotting, and training
- Data entry
- Assist in tasks in field, greenhouse and laboratory that are deemed necessary
- Long field work collection days in vineyard research plots that include disease ratings,
- Prep extension workshop materials and help with workshops
- Participate in PDP development and selected Professional Development activities with the group
- Be engaged in ‘all hands on deck’ tasks, specifically: maintenance; harvest; planting; pruning

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Basic knowledge of horticulture, entomology and/or plant pathology
- Interest in viticulture and/or research
- Have a great team spirit, good communication skills and sense for collaborative work
- Valid driver’s license
