We are looking for applicants to join our Front Desk Team for a hotel in the beautiful mountains! The Night Auditor will be the lasting, first impression, for each guest staying at our hotel. We are looking for friendly, polite, and courteous applicants who will provide prompt and efficient customer service to our guests.

Starting Rate of Pay - $21.00 per hour

Year-round Part Time position available. Previous customer service experience preferred.
- We provide paid customer service training
- Preferred: Customer service/hotel experience
Shifts: Overnight shifts consisting of an 11PM-7AM schedule, 2-3 nights a week. Candidates be flexible to work weekends!
Opportunity:
- Responsibilities include providing a high level of customer service to each guest staying at the hotel, standing at the Front Desk for extended periods of time, maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, completing the check-in/ check-out process, processing the night audit, collecting a method of payment, booking reservations, answering phone calls, multi-tasking, providing recommendations on things to do and places to go in the local area, answering any guest inquires, etc.
