Residential Care Director
Russell Park Rehab & Living Center , has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Residential Care Director. Selected candidate will assume the responsibilities for and direct the overall functioning of the Res Care Program. Works collaboratively with residents, Consultants, Administrator, Department Heads, and other staff members to ensure the highest level of services is provided. Performs duties in compliance with state and federal regulations, facility policies, and North Country’s philosophy of “Northern Hospitality” Candidate must have proven clinical supervisory experience. An RN with a minimum of 3 years experience in long term care or assisted living is preferred. LPN or CRMA with strong skills & previous experience will be considered.
