Summary of Work

The Office Services Admin impactful duties include:

  • Control of outgoing mail.
  • Open incoming mail.
  • Manage and maintain all offsite records.
  • Front desk support coverage.
  • Respond to incoming internal and external calls.
  • Provide other Office Services support functions.

To be successful in this position, you must be a good listener and communicator, have an eye for attention to detail, be able to handle multiple tasks at once, and be flexible and willing to learn new duties and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Two years of demonstrated experience in office support, customer service, and use of Microsoft Outlook and Excel is required.
  • Further education in office support, business, or office education may substitute for the work experience requirement on a year-for-year basis.
