The Offensive Coordinator is required to work according to athletic game schedules, practices, and recruiting events. This position does not operate on a traditional work schedule.
Travel
Travel is required for away games, recruiting events, and team activities.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement offensive game plans and strategies tailored to the team’s strengths and opponents’ weaknesses.
- Oversee the offensive coaching staff, including mentoring and evaluating assistant coaches within the offense.
- Plan and conduct offensive team practices, ensuring alignment with the overall team philosophy and goals.
- Provide instruction and guidance on offensive techniques, schemes, and situational plays.
- Collaborate with the Head Coach and other staff members to ensure cohesive team strategies.
- Recruit and retain talented student-athletes who align with the University’s mission and values.
- Monitor and support the academic progress of student-athletes to maintain eligibility and encourage success in academics.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and Christ-centered team culture that promotes growth both on and off the field.
- Analyze game film to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
- Participate in team events, community engagement activities, and fundraising efforts as needed.
- Ensure compliance with NCAA, conference, and University policies and regulations.
- Ability to hear and communicate effectively with co-workers, players, and staff.
- Frequently convey detailed or important coaching instructions and ideas accurately, clearly, and quickly.
- Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds of force regularly.
- Capacity to demonstrate and instruct various football techniques, including agility and conditioning drills.
- Maintain the physical fitness required to participate in and oversee rigorous practices and games.
- Strong visual and auditory abilities to analyze performances and provide immediate feedback.
- Willingness and ability to travel and endure long hours during games, practices, and recruiting activities.

- Bachelor's degree.
