Pay Range: $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
Representatives Will Be Responsible for the Following:
- Executing inbound/outbound dials and following up with customers. May include Internet leads as well.
- Answering customer inquiries in a timely manner, with authenticity and accuracy
- Possessing knowledge of the services and dealership promotions
- Setting appointments to drive traffic into the dealership.
- Logging customer information
- Confirming existing appointments and re-scheduling missed appointments.
Qualifications
- Automotive BDC experience is preferred.
- Upbeat, high energy and persuasive in nature
- Task and process-oriented
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Comfortable following scripts
- Proficient Computer Skills
