SUMMARY: The onboarding Specialist will deliver an exceptional recruitment experience through the coordination of interviews, backgroundscreening, and a welcoming and seamless onboarding process. This individual will manage candidates through the recruitment experiences as the primary point of contact post interview.
EXPERIENCE: Two or more years delivering exceptional service to customers in business, human resources/recruiting/ sales, or related area.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Superior interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple tasks with short deadlines. Experience strongly preferred in applicant tracking/Talent Acquisition systems, HR information systems (HRIS) or customer tracking systems.
OTHER: Computer experience required with fluency in Microsoft Windows applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
EDUCATION: Required: High School or Equivalent, Preferred: Associates - Related Field
