Location: Hudson's at Heathman Lodge

Position Information: Part-Time position with a wage of $16.66/hour

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Hudson's at Heathman Lodge. As a Catering Banquet Bartender for Private Groups, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by preparing and serving beverages in a timely and efficient manner. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, requiring you to multitask and work well under pressure. Your main goal is to ensure our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift and carry heavy weight.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in responsible alcohol service.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Knowledge of wine and cocktail preparation.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Ensure all guests are of legal drinking age and follow responsible alcohol service policies.
• Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Skills:

• Utilize bartending skills to prepare and serve beverages.
• Provide exceptional guest service to ensure an enjoyable experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Work well under pressure and collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
