Experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative
North Royalton Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time, dedicated, compassionate, experienced, Veterinary Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our veterinary clinic. Who We Are: We are a clinic that has been serving North Royalton and the surrounding communities since 1957. We are an AAHA Accredited, 6 doctor, privately owned, small animal practice. We believe that our client’s experience and our exceptional medicine go hand in hand.
What We Are Looking For: We are looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, experienced, Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our team members who will help us continue to achieve this vision.
What You Will Do as a Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build the trust and confidence of each customer. The CSR must have excellent communication and customer service skills. The CSR will greet clients and pets by name. Check clients in and out. Answer phones promptly and professionally. Schedule appointments, access to medical charts. Responsible for checking emails and notifying doctors. Detailed communication notes, typing skills are a must! Appointment confirmation calls. Answer questions about veterinary services and products, provide education regarding wellness, prevention and diseases. Discuss payment options, invoicing and payment processing.

Hours of Operation: Here are the hours of operation: Monday through Friday 8:00 am-6:00 pm. Saturdays 8:00 am-1:00 pm, this is on a rotating basis.

Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour
