The Executive Assistant provides high-level direct administrative and project management support to the leadership team by creating and preparing agendas, presentations, documents, spreadsheets, tracking action items, managing Executives calendars, making travel arrangements, identifying issues, conducting research, developing options / solutions, and providing advice and recommendations. The Executive Assistant is also a source of information and guidance for employees throughout the credit union. This position is responsible for supporting the Executives in their work with the Board of Directors including serving as Board Assistant as needed.
