POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is essential to our client’s experience and requires excellent customer relation skills, exceptional phone call delegation, professionalism, and reliability. As the Director of First Impressions, you are the first point of contact for many clients calling or visiting the office and are responsible for fostering a remarkable and positive experience for them. Some of the tasks involved with this role are answering and delegating incoming calls, queuing up and mailing out packages, monitoring conference room scheduling, providing back up entry level administrative support for firm professionals, maintaining and updating firm-wide spreadsheets and phone lists, maintaining a tidy and clean lobby, data entry when labeling documents, and additional tasks not listed.
Minimum requirements in terms of educational background, work experience, licenses /certifications or other knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Relevant experience with similar roles
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Uphold confidentiality of information that aligns with company’s core values
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities
- High attention to detail
