Position Summary :
Frontier Tutoring is hiring for an administrative assistant to help with the day-to-day administrative functions of the office. This is an hourly position, and will begin as part-time with the possibility of moving to full-time down the road (if desired). We are looking for someone who is outgoing, passionate about learning new skills, and motivated to do their best! We strive to maintain an inclusive and engaging office environment, and hope that you will be interested in joining the team!
This is an in-person position in Anchorage, Alaska
Duties :
- Answering phones and providing front-line customer support.
- Writing and responding to emails.
- Creating flyers, posters, and other materials.
- Greeting customers and students who come into the office.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
