We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Optometric Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist optometrists during patient examinations.
- Answer phone and schedule patients.
- Greet patients and prepare files.
- Verify and submit insurance.
- Assist patients with eyewear selection, measurements and contact lens training.
- Order and verify glasses and contact lenses.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance patient experience and streamline clinic operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in eye care is a plus, but not required.
- Good organizational skills.
- Must like working with patients, with a desire to help them.
- No experience necessary-will train.
