Paralegal (Financial Services)

We have an opportunity for a bright and motivated Paralegal to join a leading investment firm. The ideal candidate will have experience providing legal support in a fast-paced, corporate environment, assisting with regulatory compliance, corporate governance, due diligence, and document preparation for transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, and filings
• Assist with regulatory and compliance matters
• Conduct legal research and due diligence for investment transactions
• Organize and maintain case files, legal records, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and external legal counsel

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of experience in a corporate or investment-related legal environment
• Strong understanding of investment law and regulations
• Excellent research, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
