Average Pay for Business Assistants working 3-4 days a week at our office is $22.76 per hour, with they highest earning an average of $24.09 per hour.
Daily Overtime! Two Saturdays per month at straight overtime.

Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Collect and enter insurance forms, data, and signatures from patients
- Verify and enter insurance coverage and obtain accurate benefit information for each patient
- Enter new patient information into Dentrix promptly and accurately
- Scheduling of appointments, etc.
- Interact with patients and team members cheerfully and with a positive attitude
- Communicate each patient's arrival promptly
- Answer the telephone by the third ring in a warm, friendly voice
- Ability to work with interruptions and manage multiple tasks
- Complete tasks within given time frames
- Prepare treatment plan estimates
- Collect all co-payments and fees the day of service
- Send electronic claims with attachments
Front Desk Receptionist Essential Skills:

- Effective oral/written communication with team and patients
- Compassion and patience to serve patients
- Experience not necessary, as we are willing to train the right candidate
