Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at the Vascular Center of Mobile. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking in patients, handling doctor referrals and medical record requests.
Details
- Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday every week
- The fourth day will rotate between Wednesday and Friday depending on in-office surgery schedule
- Will need to be available to start at 7:30 am Tuesdays and Thursdays depending on surgery load
- Some days 7:00 will be start time
- Possible travel to our Atmore and/or Fairhope clinics to cover if another employee is out. (Mileage will be paid)
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
- Strong Customer Service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
