Landscape Sales

The Landscape Salesperson develops landscape maintenance and design proposals for homes, businesses and commercial properties.

Position Description:

• Work directly with homeowners and property/facility managers to develop detailed landscape and hardscape plans that meet customers’ needs and expectations
• Measure sites and quotes job using our CRM system (Service AutoPilot)
• Present proposals to clients and follows through the sales cycle from initial client contact, materials acquisition, crew set up and final walk through with client
• Conduct regular site visits to client properties to monitor quality, suggest upselling maintenance needs as well as outdoor lifestyle & designs improvements

Qualifications:

• A personable self-starter who has demonstrated the ability to work independently
• 3 years of sales experience in the landscape industry
• Horticultural and landscape construction practices are essential as well as a strong knowledge of plant materials and a good eye for attention to detail
• The ability to convey designs to clients using computer aided imagery is desirable
• Proven track record of closing deals and upselling to clients
• Familiarity with CRM, landscape design tools and client negotiations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
