- To provide administrative and programmatic support to the Lehigh Recovery program, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective service delivery to clients. This role will be crucial in coordinating various aspects of the program, including client intake, scheduling, record keeping, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the Lehigh Recovery program, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate client intake and assessment processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
- Schedule client appointments, group sessions, and other program activities, optimizing resource utilization and minimizing conflicts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, both physical and electronic, adhering to confidentiality regulations and best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of program policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, referral sources, and other stakeholders, providing information and support as needed.

Required Education:
