The Human Resources Manager will oversee various HR functions, including employee relations, benefits, recruiting, safety, retention, and the administration of HR systems such as Paylocity.
Duties
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations, including FMLA.
- Facilitate conflict management processes to resolve employee issues effectively.
- Implement human capital management practices that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role with a strong understanding of organization design principles.
- In-depth knowledge of employment labor law and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software systems such as Paylocity
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to mediate disputes effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly.
