Direct, organize, coach and administer the women's soccer program.
Minimum Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree

NCAA learning portal proficiency, or passing within one month of hire.
Possess a current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.

Required Minimum Work Experience:
Demonstrated successful soccer coaching experience as a head coach or an assistant coach at the professional level, the NCAA Division I, II or III level, or as a head coach at the NAIA, junior college or high school level.
No prior involvement with NCAA major rules violations.

Knowledge of NCAA, conference and NMU compliance rules.
Education and Training-Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
Administration and Management-Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Skills:
Instructing-Teaching others how to do something.
Oral and Written Communication-Active listening, speaking, and writing which ensures comprehension and understanding in both the speaker and target audience.
Time Management-Managing one's own time and the time of others.
