The Admin Associate should be detail-oriented and professional demeanor to support the President and executive team. They should have a strong background in finance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively while working with various department managers. This position requires a high level of confidentiality, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Mortgage President, including scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence.
- Assist with preparing financial reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Coordinate and manage meetings with department teams and branches.
- Liaise with executive managers to facilitate cross-functional communication and task coordination.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and back-up secondary analyst as needed.
- Maintain organized records and assist the Controller with billing and invoices.
- Support special projects and initiatives as directed by leadership.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and phone support.
- Assisting with coordination of special events.
- Assisting with office environment, coordinate supplies as needed.
- Demonstrates NMS CHIPP philosophy in all interactions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related experience.
- Experience supporting executive-level leadership in a mortgage or financial services environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in the mortgage industry
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
