We are looking for a driven and experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, optimize workflows, and ensure that our services meet the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily oilfield service operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and service quality.
- Manage fleet, equipment, and supply chain logistics to ensure timely service delivery.
Team & Workforce Management
- Lead and support field crews, technicians, and administrative staff.
- Recruit, train, and mentor employees to uphold safety and performance standards.
- Schedule workforce shifts and allocate resources effectively.
Customer & Vendor Relations
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for equipment and materials procurement.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues.
Financial & Budget Oversight
- Monitor and control operational costs, budgeting, and financial performance.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for leadership.
- Identify cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce strict adherence to OSHA and oilfield safety regulations.
- Conduct safety meetings, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Experience in Management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with oilfield equipment, maintenance procedures, and supply chain logistics.
- Knowledge of OSHA and industry safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
Preferred:
- Experience in North Dakota’s oilfield industry, particularly in the Bakken region.
- Knowledge of fleet management and dispatch systems.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
