Northern Paving, Inc. has an immediate opening for a full-time Equipment Operator for the 2025 Paving season.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience operating grading equipment such as motor graders, skid steers, dozers, milling machines and excavators.
- Knowledge in basic mechanical equipment maintenance
Job Description
- Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment; refer major problems to the supervisor. Clean equipment on a regular basis.
- Perform job tasks in accordance with industry best practices and requirements of the equipment
- Full time, Seasonal (subject to winter lay-off)
- All other duties assigned
- Wage based on Experience; from approximately $75,000 - $90,000 annually

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
